Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Games for Tots LLC about your use of Games for Tots (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create an account. Children may play the games only under the account and supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.

2. Memberships

We offer three plans. Each one unlocks the same features:

• Monthly: billed every month until you cancel.
• Yearly: billed once a year, in advance, until you cancel.
• Lifetime: a single payment for access for as long as the Service is offered, with no renewals.

Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically at the end of each period, and we will charge the payment method on file at the price shown when you signed up, unless we have told you about a price change in advance. Prices are in US dollars and may not include sales tax, which will be added where required.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly or yearly membership at any time from the My account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

4. Price changes

We may change membership prices in the future. If the price of your plan changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you have time to cancel if you wish.

5. Free demo

The free demo is offered as is, may be changed or removed at any time, and does not save progress.

6. Acceptable use

The Service is for personal, non-commercial family use. You agree not to:

• share your account with people outside your household or resell access
• copy, modify, or distribute our games, artwork, or content
• try to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• use bots or scripts to access the Service

7. Our content

The Service, including its games, designs, text, and software, belongs to Games for Tots LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use it while your membership is active. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Changes to the Service

We are always improving Games for Tots. We may add, change, or remove features and games. If we ever stop offering the Service entirely, we will give members reasonable notice, and refund the unused part of any prepaid yearly membership.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.

10. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Games for Tots running smoothly, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available or free of errors. Our games are designed to support early learning and are not a substitute for professional educational or medical advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Games for Tots LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the consumer laws of your place of residence give you other rights.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is important, we will email members before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
